I don't know... To me it looks not abstract enough. And as a realistic image it doesn't draw my eye to any particular part of it. My eye wanders around in search of some distinct point of interest but doesn't find one. Perhaps, if you've shot the subject less close-up, the pattern of arcs would be more repetitive - hence more attention grabbing?

Good! That corresponds nicely with those many foot prints there!

Seriously, I understand what you mean (at least I think so). Not much I could do about positions... this is a round roof of a tunnel that is being built here. They dig a big hole, construct the concrete tube and fill up the hole again. Here, we see the round surface of the shell that holds the concrete. I liked it for the curves and the footprints. But I understand it won't appeal "to the masses". Thanks for your feedback.
