Great Capture...

Colors are good, they contrast each other in a good "summer" kind of way.

The Crop is good, square works well for this, and you have the semitric layout perfect, as it seems to have equal amounts of contrasting areas.

I can't find anything wrong with the photo.

i do agree with Silas in most points

just that the 'shadow' of the grey dividing line, especially in the upper part of the picture seems to be washed out, as if the contrast is a little bit 'over-cooked'.

and i have a bit of trouble of figuring out what i am actually looking at, this adds, to a certain extent, to the attractiveness of the shot. generally not knowing what i am looking at does not bother me but it feels there is something missing here - something to draw the eye. as i don't quite know what this is means i can't suggest what i am looking for, what i feel is missing.

otherwise, a nice study of contrast and geometry.

thanks for sharing.

Thank you.

It's a sandy track around a soccer field. You know, these tracks where some weirdos have fun running hundreds of meters. Smiley  Well, the picture was taken from a bridge leading over the field. So I was looking down 90° in the late evening sun. This is part of the upper curve, the sandy part is approx. 3 meters wide.

cheers
