I so enjoy explorations into the amorphous, the hints of undiscovered depths and shapes to be resolved.

This might work well as a really really big print, entirely dominating one wall.

But at this scale, on my laptop, I end up viewing my reflection on the screen superimposed over the image. Which is actually a rather interesting effect...

This is something new for you, Theo. Like April, you show signs of new explorations. That's always interesting to watch.

I agree with April about the big scale having a potential for much stronger impact of an image like this one. And I also would like to see this slightly lighter (perhaps no more than about 3-5% lighter)...

wait till i get some more flowers Smiley.  that is one thing about digital work you can push yourself in new directions and even destroy some pictures with out sacrifice. Thank you both for the comments though i was not sure about this one anyhow it does need a big format so you guy's are going to have to get those 36 inch monitors for my work Smiley

After seeing others of your flower abstractions, I am left rather untouched by this one. But I am surprised by that, as the colors are very emotional, the lighting very mysterious, suggestive, the lines smooth, cozy, charming... and yet, it doesn't really reach me.

cheers

Same here. I think that the almost total lack of detail (lost in darkness) is the reason this image does not catch our attention for too long...
