While the overall blurriness and softness is very pleasing, I would like to see more sharp focus on the eyes/head of this guy. Also, I feel that there's a bit too much negative space on the right side of the picture.
BTW, as far as I know, praying mantis is the only insect that is able to move its eyes, so it always looks like it is staring at the photographer and the viewer, no matter what is the position of its body in a picture.

Isn't it interesting how quick we are to interpret faces as having human expressions? Those eyes... if a human would stare at me with similar eyes, it would be sending me a shiver down the spine! A really intense impression you've captured here.
