Shadows in playful interaction with the lights... thousands of opportunities to hide, similar many opportunities to have something or someone appear. I do like this scene! I do like the light at the upper frame border - it adds so much direction here. Nothing I'd change here. I only would play with the color - now it's going in the direction of "creepy" for me, some more hint towards a warm color might help. I've tried to just add a little warmer color to the light zones and that worked quite well.
