Living things are dynamic, are changing, evolving... and this is what comes to my mind when I look at this shot. I like the frontmost layer quite good. Maybe some more light one the eye would be helpful, but the pose, the paws, or what is visible of them, and the snow tat is hurrled into the air is very nice. I love the way the chronologically previous, deeper layers show a sequence, give me a hint of the past, the evolution of this moment. This reminds me of the evolution of the living thing, here it's your dog. To really make that work, I think the third, lowest layer should be made even more transparent. It seems too contrasty compared to the middle one. I like the square framing. That changes my perception from seeing a running dog (spatial movment) into seeing a evolving dog (temporal movment).
And of course, it helps if you like dogs and especially this one. And I do.
