nice use of repetition color and line. Both of the images take your eye through the image and with the first through the images. I like the dark background in the first but the white background looks good too (light and airy) almost whimsical. thank you for sharing!!

Family portraits. Wow... how perfectly this fits your photographs. Look at the smart kid in the second panel, looking up to his father. And then, in the third panel, the kid looks so amazingly curious right into the lens. I love this personal touch. This also is the starting point for me to accept the rest as "personalities" too. Not only is the progression over the panels excellent, but each one tells a little story itself. Even the vases are perfectly fitting and individual. Excellent light, simplicity, color, compositions. Nothing to add, absolutely nothing in my opinion.

In the second shot, my eyes are strongly attracted by the lowest flower. Such tenderness, it must be a new born baby.

I love those shots. And this is from one who never fell deeply in love with flower shots. Here, it is different. Congratulations!

cheers

I am not a big fan of flower shots, either, but I really like the series of shots on a dark background. Composition-wise, both dark and light pictures are very good, but the dark ones possess a unique simplicity and elegance of the visual design. I especially like the shot in the middle.

Thank you for your comments!

I'm delighted the sense of whimsy and "personalities" comes across, while retaining an aesthetic.
