I've been so intrigued by the approach, as mentioned in a number of threads, and see that two other SoFoBoMo participants (so far) have released books based on the training.

I also discovered Miksang is holding a Level I workshop in Boulder, Colorado (USA) this July, and the price is great. Unfortunately I'm already committed for that time.

But maybe next year! One thing I note is "no tripods"; it wasn't until I attended a recent workshop with Craig Tanner that I became brave enough to let go of some control and shoot handheld. Smiley

Just thought I'd post these links for anyone who might be interested.

I really can recommend this workshop. It is full of applied experiences and not filled with theory... it is all about being there and getting right in touch with it. I would love to attend the second workshop, or maybe even repeat the first one. I think this workshop was one of the most important influences in the way I approach photography these days.

I just found another link which appears to be updated more frequently. There is a contact listed in Chicago, and a Shambhala training center withing walking distance.  Smiley
