I've been in Trafalgar Square around 1976, but I've never known that there's been such an open view of the Big Ben from there. To be honest, I've been concentrating with my camera on the crowd of people (and pigeons) within the Square rather than looking beyond it...

Apart from the white balance, I don't have any complaints about this photo. I presume that this is just a quick tourist shot - more to document your being there than anything else. But quite decent shot...

Oh, I do like this shot for the quality of light you produced here. The yellowish cast works well for me even that it moves the shot out of a documentary realm.

I just like to experiment with colors, especially with this kind of photos. In other way, it would be "just a photo", like millions of them, with a view of something. Smiley

Or, to document the experience of anyone being there? I'm intrigued by the burred foreground participants, who suggest this could be me.
