I really enjoy this for the associations it evokes.

Shades of Edward Hopper, but contemporary. A diner, truck stop or hotel perhaps, but abstracted.

I'm in a space that includes both inside and outside, what's in front of me and what's behind.

A great feeling of "surround", and of being on the road.

P.S. I was thrown by the white strips top and bottom in this forum, until I looked at the image on its own in a new window -- and they "went away".  Matting could be tricky.
